punguza chakula: kula kiasi kidogo zaidi ya hicho unachokula kwa siku ikiwezekana robo tatu yake au hata nusu yake, hii itakufanya uchome mafuta mengi zaidi kwa siku na na kula kidogo.watu wengi hubadili diet wakifika hatua hii kitu ambacho kinawarudisha nyuma.

Fanya mazoezi zaidi; wataalamu wanashauri kufanya mazoezi nusu saa angalau mara tatu kwa wiki lakini ukifika hatua hii unatakiwa uongeze mazoezi angalau saa moja ili kuchoma mafuta zaidi.

Mambo mengine ya kuzingatia ni kuacha au kupunguza pombe, kupata uzingizi wa kutosha yaani masaa nane na kunywa maji mengi kwani yanasaidia kujisikia umeshiba muda mwingi.

Mwisho: ukifika uzito unaotaka haimaanishi kwamba ndio mwisho wa mazoezi na diet, hii inatakiwa kua sehemu ya maisha yako unaweza kula chakula unachotaka na wingi unaotaka mara moja kwa wiki lakini siku zingine unarudi kwenye diet yako na mazoezi ili kubaki kwenye uzito uleule.
